Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 23 September 2026
SoloYolo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. SoloYolo is for adults aged 18 and over, and any content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers or exploits a minor is removed and reported.
1. Zero tolerance
These standards apply to everything on SoloYolo — profiles, profile photos, event and trip listings, images and chat messages — and to how users behave when they meet in person. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which every user agrees to when they create an account.
2. Adults only
- SoloYolo is only available to people who are at least 18 years old.
- Every user must enter their date of birth during sign-up. The app does not allow an account to be created with a date of birth under 18.
- If we learn or reasonably believe that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
3. What is prohibited
Users must never use SoloYolo to:
- Post, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualises a minor
- Contact, groom, solicit or attempt to meet a minor, or arrange for someone else to do so
- Engage in sextortion, or threaten to share intimate images of anyone
- Facilitate child trafficking or any other exploitation of minors
- Organise events or trips that involve minors in any sexual or exploitative context
4. How to report a concern
Every profile, event and message in SoloYolo has a Report option. Describe the concern in the report and it goes straight to our moderation team. You can also block the user, which stops them contacting you.
You can also report a child safety concern by email to support@exaflair.com — you do not need a SoloYolo account to do so.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first. In India, call 112 or the Childline helpline 1098.
5. How we respond
Child safety reports are given the highest priority and reviewed ahead of all other reports. When we identify, or are made aware of, CSAE content or behaviour, we:
- Remove the content immediately
- Permanently ban the accounts involved
- Preserve the relevant information so it is available to law enforcement, as required by law
- Report it to the appropriate authorities, as described below
6. Working with authorities
SoloYolo complies with applicable child safety laws, including India’s Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act. We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and law enforcement in India, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organisations and respond to valid legal requests for information.
7. Child safety contact
Our designated child safety point of contact can answer questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
